Weight Watcher Magazine Recipe
I made the Herbed Potato Salad in the most recent issue of Weight Watcher magazine, and, man, it was good. I could have used less pea pods, however, (called for 1.5 lbs.--I think .75 to 1 lb. would be enough) but it was so nice to have a yummy, healthy potato salad for July 4. :)
