I've gained.....

  • 1.5lbs! Ugh! I feel so terrible! But, I HAVE to move on! I can't sit here and sulk all day that'll only make next WI even worse!! So, I'm completely back on track with my eating and water this week!

    I just got back from a weekend away, and wish I had been here to respond to you earlier this weekend. But don't let one weigh in derail you. There could be any number of reasons why you've had a gain, and I've herad people say over and over again that you could get on the scale every hour and see something different on it every time.

    It sounds like you have the right mindset, which is to stay on track and keep with the program. You'll see the results in the scale, and more importantly, how you feel, which is more telling.
