I too am fed up with this weight I am over 300 and need to lose 100lbs!! I need support so can I jump on the wagon with you all? ;)

It all has to start somewhere, and saying "I'm fed up and I'm not taking it anymore" is one way to get motivated. So jump on the bandwagon! As you can see, there are those of us still here, so post away! I do find the 3fc boards to be a lot quieter than the last time I was here a few years ago, but after the recent board crash, people might have drifted. But I'm sure they'll come back, and there are other great sites as well if you feel more need of support.

I'm about 309.5, I know what you totally mean!!

I started WW on 2/9/04, so tomorrow is WI day. I can't wait to see what the scale says, because I just *know* I've lost some weight.
