I see this on other boards and think it is a great idea to get some ideas on food options.
Today I have had:
1/2 egg sub with 2 slices turkey bacon on a piece of extra fibre bread with a coffee and lrg glass of water.
baby orange for snack & more water
No ideas for lunch as of yet...
I am in love with the ww frozen oatmeal and have been having that for breakfast every morning. For lunch I was lazy and had a ww frozen pizza with a side salad and tbsp. of ranch yogurt dressing. For dinner I already plan to have some homemade spaghetti sauce I made last night. I had it over speg squash last night so tonight I may have the real pasta. I need to get some fruit in at some point through the afternoon too and lots of water!
