Just as the title says. I'm looking for delicious and healthy recipes to help me (and all of you) stay committed to the weight watchers diet. I've been on this diet twice before, years ago, and had a lot of success BUT this time around I'm having trouble finding recipes that I really like. I've bought several weight watchers books and I find a lot of their recipes to be bland, dry, or otherwise unsatisfactory. I'm hoping this thread will become a wealth of good recipes to help us stay full and satisfied without blowing all of our points before breakfast.
I'm looking for recipes that fit the following qualifications:
1. Pescatarian (No meat-fish/seafood, dairy and eggs are okay)
2. Delicious! (Not compromising much in terms of flavor in order to be low points)
That's about it! I'm looking for recipes for every meal of the day including snacks and late night munchies
