WW cooking for two porkchop & gravy recipe
 

I borrowed a book from a coworker called "Table for Two", it was a weight watchers recipe book...

I had made a pork chop dish from it that we both adored but now I can't find my copy of it.. it involved breading the chop w/ egg beaters, bread crumbs and some other stuff, then cooking it in a pan..it also made it's own gravy, I think milk had to be added... but I can't find this book anywhere online or in the library...

If anyone has an idea what this is, let me know!!
