My stomach just can't tolerate all of that fiber. What could I use instead?

Sometime it takes time to get used to the fiber one. there are two things you can try both include Panko bread crumbs (I am not sure if I am spelling it right) you can mix them with half the amount of the fiber one or whole wheat. I have had it mixed with the fiber one I used it on fish and it was wonderful.
