Sign up for Weight Watchers, and they'll give you everything you need. There's roughly 50 cal per point. I dont know your weight, but you really need to join WW to get all the info.

Everyone always says "Join Weight Watchers to find out the information" and that's false. Look everything up online. I think at least 2 people a day ask these questions. Go to google.com type in what you're looking for and BAM the information is infront of you. Yes, going to the meetings is helpful, and you'll probably lose more weight that way, but it's not necessary to join to just gain information. I've made 2 packets with all my own information.

Good luck...

This is true, but I didn't want to upset anyone by typing this.. especially when people pay hard earned money for the information

When I went to meetings, I didn't pay for the information really -- I paid for the accountability. I did get good tips there and I enjoyed sharing recipes and things with other members. This time, I decided to do it without meetings, and it's working so far. I think the WW folks are probably quite aware that people do it without paying.

Anyway, for the folks who are looking for information -- it really does pay to get the starter kit, so if you have a friend who does go to WW meetings, have them pick up one for you. I think it's $20 or something. That's what I did. All I really wanted, though, was the points slide, and if you don't have that you can find the formula for calculating points somewhere on this message board. Look at the stickie posts at the top for the basic information, like how many points you can have at your weight. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll tell you. I just don't have the book with me. I know that if you weigh 242, like I do, your points target is 28!
