Hey there, I was looking online at ebay and I was thinking about purchasing the online kit that includes the FlexPoints & Core Plan Complete Food Companion and the FlexPoints & Core Plan Dining Out Companion books. Now I am from Canada so I am wondering if they would still be any good to me. Like the dining out guide for example would have US resutrants in them, but does anybody know if there are Canadian resturants as well and if chains like Wendys/McDonalds would be the same point value in Canada as it is in the US. I am just trying to figure out if these books would be any good to me or not seeing as I live in Canada so any feedback would be great.

I would think that the Complete Food Companion would definitely work for you! As far as the Dining out Companion, I'm sure many of the restaurants would be the same, but some chains are maybe only concentrated in the U.S. so that book would have to be a judgement call on your part. I would highly recommend the Complete Food Companion though!

I agree. Make sure you get a point slider, it is VERY useful when grocery shopping!
