Hello out there...I have read a few threads and feel my story isn't unknown. I have had success with WW in the past but getting to the meetings is rough. I work retail and the schedule doesn't give me the stability I need to always be at a meeting.

HOWEVER...recently I made the grave error of looking in the mirror HA!! Unfortunately I DO look at bad as I feel...TIME TO ACT!

Each day is about a success...I have so much I need to change with my eating and activity. But todays success was that I did not go to the vending machine at work...not once! I will take the positive where I can get it.
