Hello there! I'm 22 and had a baby 3 months ago and I lost some weight by nursing, but do to lack of milk supply I had to stop. I use to be on WW and would like to get back in it, however I don't have my slider with the points or any books but I know the calculation on finding points so that's what I'm doing. I am 5'4 and weigh 169, anyone know how many points I should allow myself? I'm guessing 20. I'm so excited I found this website, I saw it on a ticker at pregnancy weekly. Oh yeah, is there a buddy system?

Congrats on your baby :) I just had a boy almost 11 weeks ago and I also had to stop breastfeeding due to lack of milk supply!

I got my WW books and all on eBay. I got the Dining Out Companion, the regular points book, a diary/food log, and a case to carry it all in for $35 - and that including shipping. (The meetings here are $40 for the first one, so I was being cheap and saved $5 by ordering online, lol.)

Woo hoo! I found my books, yah!! Now I can do WW at home!!
