How do I figure out activity points?

I am just starting WW at home-- can't afford the classes and dues, so I got most of the information online.

But, on to my question...
I've seen posts on several boards that refer to Activity points. From what I can tell, you get to add points to your daily allowance for completing certain types (amounts?) of exercise. Is this correct? If so, how do you calculate those? Or is there an easy guide somewhere online that someone could point me to?

Thanks in advance for any help! :)

Depends on your weight and exercise intensity...

At a light intensity then you get about 1 point for every 30 minutes if you weigh 214 and below, and 2 points for every 30 minutes 215 - 300lbs, Moderate intensity you get 1 point every 30 minutes below 152, and 2 points 153 - 254 and 3 points from 255 - 350, High intensity is 3 points for every 30 minutes from 105 - 144, 4 points from 145 - 185, 5 points from 186 - 226, 6 points from 227 - 268, 7 points from 269 - 310...

I have a little program on my computer that calculates it for me, low intensity would be walking at a slow strolling pace, moderate faster speed type walking, and high would be jogging/running...you pretty much have to be the judge of what intensity it is...

Ok, that makes sense to me. Thanks!
