New here too

Hi y'all...

I just started weight watchers last friday. I went to the first meeting and started reading all the books to get me started on the program. I am excited about doing this. If you have any advice....I would greatly appreciate it!
How many APs do you use in a week?

Danielle

Butterfly,
I love Busch Garderns/ Water country, I get so much exercise and have so much fun. We get season passes real cheap through the military so as long as we go twice they are paid for. The problem this year so far, it's been yucky weather every weekend! Ok now on to more important things, down 1/2 # from last week, I was hoping for more, but hey, I'll take it!!! It's better then going up. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Thanks Misty
I have done just that. I have also made a new menu out that seems to work best for me.
I have 7 10oz bottles with water on my desk that I will drink if I have to make myself by attaching them to my face by the end of the day each and every day.
LOL
can't u just see me now

I read somewhere we should drink a gallon a day, some days it is hard just to get the standard 8 glasses down. It seems the more water I drink the more thirsty I am. maybe would could just do an IV at night while we sleep, hahaha. I hate needles though.
At least the water fountain is right outside my office door so i can get cold water right away and I try to drink a bottle on the way to and from work.

Have a great evening!

YEH! Everyone is doing so great! My motivation has been up and down, one minute I care the next I don't. Trying to have patience is soooo hard! The good thing is, I take out the frustration at the Y, and as always, just feel soo much better afterwards. Hope eveyone has a great Mother's Day!
