Starting Over.....Again!!!
 

Hi everyone!
I started doing WW at home about 2 years ago, stayed on it for about 3 weeks and stopped. Then I started again about a year ago, lost about 20lbs then for some reason I cant remember, stopped again!!! Well..I started again Jan 3 and have stayed with it up until a week ago. So far Ive lost 11 lbs, but for some reason im losing motivation~AGAIN! Im getting scared because I know this works and I know myself, I just cant stick to long term things!! I found this website and its been a blessing! Everytime I come here and read on here, I get excited about staying on WW. So hopefully, I will get over this slump and get back on track!!!!

Hi MsMochalicous! I'm new here too. I started WW last week. This is my first time on the WW at home program (but the umpteenth diet!) so I know all about starting over again. I hope you find the motivation you need on this board!
