Hi everybody:wave:
Let's start this new thread with a new start. I love Sharon's idea of starting a behavior challenge (I have several behaviors that I need to change:eek: ) Sharon~~~ How would you like to set-up the challenge? On this thread or different one? I'm going to start at the beginning with a behavior that i feel is crutial to weight loss~drinking enough water. I have a real problem with this but i know I do better when I drink at least 8 glasses a daY. I would love to make that a habit again. Come on, we can do it!!! ~~~Sil |
Carla~~~ I saw your entry on the MD challenge. Way to go,girl!!!~~~Sil

Am I doing well ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????No !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am realising that the stress of what is going on with Lisa is wiping me out more than I thought.I am not a happy lassie :( In fact I am downright depressed!! her boyfriend rang me yesterday to say she is talking again about this fascination with what it would be like to be on the other side (dead) I cant think what else to do . She says (to him) that where all gonna die anyway so why bother. She wont talk to the counseller and I have to take her on Friday for an assesment at a mental health place in the city. I just want her to be happy and I never thought that would be a hard thing she's always seemed fine if rather moddy and "piggy" at times but I just put that down to her age. She never seems sad or depressed or ever cries in fact she puts up rather a hard front, oh what to do....... p.s I have given up on counting the fat and fibre in evrything it was just to much trouble and effort and I just dont have it in me at this time. Counting points is easier and Im doing that best I can but my weight is still up to 166lb and Im not suprised. Sorry I cant be more of an inspriation to anyone but Im glad your there xx |
Hi All,
Jenny I can't even imagine how difficult your situation is daily. I 'll keep you and your daughter and family in my prayers. Not to be a nudge but do you have a support group for yourself. They really do help. Take care and post here about anything whenever you feel the need. Sil I thought we could do it right here on this board. That way it may get the board moving and we can just include it in our daily writings. It's said that if you do something continuously for 21 days it will become a habit so I am starting a 21 day behavioral challenge. It's tempting to pick many things but stick to one behavior at a time. DAY 1 My 21 day challenge is to drink all my water. I don't mean to be a copy cat but I do it a day or two and just forget about it. Yesterday I took the kids to the Bronx Zoo. We were there for five hours so I got a lot of walking in and most of the time I was pushing the girls(80#s) in the stroller. I ate well and drank my water. I did eat Chinese food last night so maybe it's water retention. I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning and I was up. The next 21 day challenge is going to be not to weigh myself at home. Have a good day. |
Hi Everybody:wave:
Jenny~~~I'm so sorry that you and your daughter are going through this difficult time.I know it is sad when you know what is best for them, but they are resistant to our help. Stay close to her (relationship wise) and give her all the help and love that you can. I'll keep you in my prayers that things will work out.And know that we are here for you in whatever way we can. Don't forget to take care of yourself, also.:D Sharon~~~ DAY 2~ For the past 2 days I have done great on the water intake:D I have also been reading The Body For Life book.It sounds very interesting because it is so structured as far as exercise. The food intake also makes alot of sense to me. DH said he would do it along with me, and if he does then it will be easier because he won't be bringing snack food into the house. They allow one free day a week to eat whatever you want and that will be our day to go out for dinner. I got alot of info from this website (Diet Plans) and from reading the book. I would be so proud of myself if I could stick to the exercising routine for the full 3 months:D I plan to start on Monday but I have been experimenting with the diet this week. Hello to everybody else !!! Where are you? Don't forget to drink your water!!!!!! ~~~Sil |

Hey fellow WW peoples.....
Sil and Sharon - I like the idea of a behavioral change challenge. I have no problem drinking the water though. At wotk I drink a 16oz bottled water and then proceed to refill it at least two times, and most times three. I don't think I woudl get through my day without drinking that water.....But oddly enough I struggle to drink it on the weekend. I guess it really becomes a routine during the week becuase my week is so structured. Jenny - I am so sorry you are going through so much stress. It sounds like your daughter is severely depressed...I am surprised that the doctors haven't prescribed medication. Welcome Jodie (not to be confused with Jody who we miss) Ummmmm I wanted to tell you guys about a fascinating experience I had on-line. I signed up through a web site to "Become a New ME" in three weeks. The web site is - http://www.thirdage.com/learning/health/well_revitalize.html and I took the first test and was devastated at the results. I scored a 30 out of 100 on the test - How well do you treat yourself. If you get a chance you shoudl sign up and it will definitely open your eyes. I gotta go - severe lightning outside and I am on a non-protected line. See ya - Pat |
Jenny - I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter. It sounds like she's really depressed. I went through a period when I considered suicide, so I'm glad that you're taking it so seriously. She sounds like she needs professional help. What a great boyfriend she has, calling you instead of brushing it off or trying to deal with it by himself. All the best with the assessment on Friday.
The 21 day challenge! I've heard about how we can create a habit in that time. I have so many bad habits, I don't even know where to start! Eating while I read, not eating at the table, binging, going over my points by a couple and then thinking, well, I've failed, I might as well go crazy... the list goes on... I'll think about what I can deal with and get back to you all tomorrow. The one good habit I have is drinking lots of water, up to 3 litres a day. I love it, and besides, in this heat you have to drink a lot or you'd shrivel up. I would love to get rid of some of my bad habits, I don't like how I feel about myself when I don't treat myself well. I'm rethinking my situation and realizing that I have to find new ways to exercise, the gym just isn't going to work with the baby. I'm going to look for some exercise VCD's and see if I can find something to lay over the marble floor so I don't hurt my knees. That would be a start, at least until we can afford a treadmill. Have a great day everyone! I hope we all go to bed feeling good about what we've done today. Jodie |

Sorry I didn't finish my thoughts - I had to wait for the lightning to go away...
The web sight offers a three week program to help you help yourself. Here's the course outline: Week One: Setting Priorities • Self-assessment & goal-setting. • Lifelong beauty & well-being. • Stress relief & relaxation. Week Two: Enhance Energy & Passion • Exercise made easy. • Sensuality & sexuality. • Passions. Week Three: Beauty Inside & Out • Eat well; be well. • Skin care. Week Four: Review and Graduation • Test your revitalization knowledge. • Receive your diploma! It was on the self assessment test that I did so badly. But the good news is I am treating myself better, I actually schedule time to take better care of myself - like getting in exercise at least three times a week, doing favors for people in need, and even brushing my teeth twice a day versus once a day. So if you want to check it out the web sight is above, and you have to register with them and give your e-mail address so they can send you each weeks course. And it is a self-paced course so there is no real timeframe to finish it in. I hope you try it and you find it as fascinating as I do. Pat |
Pat~~~
I just signed up up for that class and one on computers. I took a quiz on how well you take care of yourself, but i can't remember what it was called. it looks like alot of fun. I'll have to visit it again tomorow. Thanks for the great tip!!! :D Have you received the first assignment of the class? Was that the test that you took? ~~~Sil |
PAT Im looking at it now and have signed up too, thanks for sharing!
The thing with Lisa and this depression is that she seems just the same as she always has so its so hard to help since she insists nothing is wrong. If only it was so easy to make her happy like it was when she was little. She has a bit of acne which seems to be bothering her and I took her to the doctors today and she also wanted to go on the pill. Everything seems to be happening at once. Im feeling old. He had a talk to me on my own and said what a plesant bright girl she seemed and just try to use lots of positive talk about her as she cant see how wonderful she is. I had thought we had ,had a happy fun day on Sunday but the second we got home she was on the phone to the boyfriend (so he tells me) saying how bored and sad she was and felt like she didnt want to be here (on earth). No I dont have a support group but i do have you guys and I value your friendship thoughts and prayers. I am telling her that tomorrow she MUST open up and tell them how she feels that even if there is no "problem" that she fell sad and depressed for no particular reason otherwise no one can help her and maybe they can give her something or whatever. Oh well Im going to go and read my "learning centre student handbook" and have my cuppa tea. |
DAY 1
Day 1 Yes I said day one since I didn't drink much water yesterday. I did drink a lot of coffee way too much. I was doing ok and then I crashed when I came down from all that caffeine, Today I will drink 8 glasses of water even though is is going to be difficult because it's cold damp outside and we have the school picnic today. I don't do well when I'm cold. But I'm working tonight and I always drink water then.
Happy to see more activity. Dena and Carla if you are out there we miss you. Though Carla I heard you are doing well on the Memorial Day Challenge. Congratulations! I'll have to check it out. Pat thanks for the info I'll have to check it out. |
Happy Thursday Everybody (lurkers included!)
I did great with the water intake yesterday. Some of it was decaf ice tea~ that counts right? I even started with getting in 5-6 small meals a day according to Body For Life (BFL). I'm awaiting my first assignment from the 3 Weeks to a New You. Can't wait~I'm excited about the new changes that I want to accomplish and am very motivated :D (the first in a long time) I already feel like I have more energy~~hooray! DAY 3~~~ In getting ready to start the BFL next week, I have already done my 20 min aerobic workout. (first thing in the am on an empty stomach). I wasn't sure if 20 min would be enough but it is based on a series of increasing intensity during the workout and I did sweat. With time, I plan to push my intensity levels up higher. I've had 1 cup of coffee and 2 glasses of water so far. I might sneak in 1 more cup of coffee with my first mini meal. Thursdays will be my FREE DAY and I can eat anything that I want:D DH and I are going out for dinner tonight~~we've both been craving a good steak. Jodie~~~ I like what you said about going to bed feeling good about what we did that day. Jenny~~~ Hang in there, gal!! It sounds like you are staying on top of things. And I'm glad to see you back on the board more often. We miss ya when you are gone:love: Dena, Carla, Jody ~~~We miss you gals! I'll check back in later. See ya!!!~~~Sil |

Sil, Sharon, Jennie - I think you will like the on-line class. Yes I got my first lesson last week. That was where I took the test...that is one of the first things you do. They ask you questions, then after you answer they explain you why the question is important to you. Then at the end they tell you how you scored. I didn't do to well and I could immediately see why. But I am on to the next lesson about stress reduction which I really need.
Sharon - when I was going to WW meetings the leader told me that you could substitute up to half of your water with flavored water (non-sugar laden), like lemonade, kool-aide, and even coffee (although she recommended decaf without cream) as long as you were drinking plain water for the other 32oz. Even sugar free hot cocoa counted, but if the drink has calories you have to count those. I hope that helps. I hope you guys enjoy the image I am attaching. I cracked up when I saw it...... Pat |
Happy Friday:wave:
Pat~~~The picture of the dancing sheep(?) was too cute! I haven't received my class assignment yet. Maybe next week. Sharon~~~How are you doing on the behavior challenge? Today is DAY 4 for me and so far I'm doing great:D I plan on getting in an upper body workout later today. I am determined to get in better shape!!!! I hope Dena, Jody, Jenny, Jodie and Carla are all doing well. Ya'll have a fantastic weekend:D (me, I'll be working:( ) ~~~Sil Don't forget to drink your water!!!!!! |
Howdy Partners
Sil - yes, those are supposed to be dancing sheep. I received my e-mail for the lesson about two days after I signed up. I don't know if that web site has set days they send out the e-mail or whether it is driven by when you sign up.
Anyway - I wanted to give you guys a little encouragement (and a little for myself too). So here goes - Just what made that little ol' ant Think he could move that rubber tree plant Everyone knows an ant...can't move a rubber tree plant ...................high hopes,..............high hopes But he has.......................he has He has high apple pie in the sky hopes So when you ..... blah blah blah blah (I forget the words here) Whoops there goes another rubber tree Whoops there goes another rubber tree Whoops there goes another rubber tree PLANT!! |
Pat~~~ "So when you...blah,blah,blah" ~You are too funny! I had a great day today. I got in all my water, had a good upper body workout and have stayed with the BFL diet all day including a protein shake that was wonderful. I plan to get up 30 min early tomorrow(3:45  ) before work and get my aerobic session done. Wish me luck!!
Ya'll have a great weekend.~~~Sil |
I'm here, I'm here. Yes Sil I am doing well also.
Day 3 Have drunk all my water. I can't say that it's a habit yet but it's definitely on the path to the front of my mind instead of always being in the back of my mind. Can't say that I've been that great with my food but I seem to be back on track today. Skipped my meeting this week because my weight was up so much I didn't want to get discouraged. I know I will drop it this week and then some. I'm running out to work so I'll catch up with everyone later. It's beautiful in NJ today. They say it will be the same tomorrow. |
HELLO GANG.....
It's been awhile...I've been around, but not focused, been busy a little, then babysitting, then the virus for two days, then DH had it too....so been a little out of sorts...but all is well. I have a little catching up to do...read all the new threads and to let you know how behind I was I was still in the last one. Jenny so sorry to hear things are tough for you with your daughter...you've been in my thoughts and prayers continually...hang in there tough, depression can be difficult to handle I'm sure...perhaps you can get some suggestions and help online in some chat room...I've found often that can be very helpful...also there is a book I just bought that I think might just be helpful to you...it's called "Hold Me Close, Let Me Go: A Mother, a Daughter and an Adolescense Survived" by Adair Lara...you can get it on Amazon.com...I just thought that it might be of interest to you. Everyone else....I will write again, but DH wants to watch a movie, now if he had called it a date I might have liked the idea lol lol...and it's a war movie, I'm thrilled, lol, but I will the wonderful wife that I am lol, and watch it with him...darn I'd rather be here lol, just don't tell anyone. Love all those wonderful pics that you all keep using they are great....see you all Monday. Carla :) |
Good Morning All,
I had a good day yesterday. I actually did something for myself and had my hair cut. It was way overdue. It was a beautiful day outside and it was just one of those overall good days. The kids had fun and Steve and I relaxed some and got some work done. I usually don't work Sat. but I helped my boss out. It wasn't busy but my boss gave me great tables so I made a lot of money didn't work hard and even got out early. Hoping today brings more of the same. Day 4 of my Habit Changing Challenge Drank all my water yesterday. I'm off to have some water right after I finish this. Carla-It's nice to see you. Sorry you were sick. You are a good wife. Did you make it through the entire movie. I try but with war and action flicks I usually fall asleep. I know what you mean about being busy it's been getting hectic around here. I don't know how much I'll be around the beginning of June. Pat-Thanks for the water tips. I'm doing well with it. I never thought of sugar free hot chocolate. I do ok with drinking the cold stuff I just don't do well when I'm feeling cold. The weather has been so crazy. In the last month we've had the air conditioning and the heat on several times. Sil sounds like you are doing great. My friend just started the same program. I've been trying to get her to come to the website without luck. Maybe I'll get her to join us and you two can compare notes. Have a great day everyone! |

Wow what a weekend. Sunshine Friday night and Saturday Morning, followed by rain all the rest of the day Sat. Woke up to sunshine Sunday, grilled out for dinner, and then battened down the hatches as a wind/hail/snow storm arrived around 6:00pm. How nuts is that.....?
Carla - you are a good wife. I usually have to watch those movies with my eyes closed. I can't stand the sight of blood (no nursing for me, huh Sil?). Since we got the digital cable here My husband and I are catching up on all the movies we missed over the last, well we've been together for 6 years, so I'll say 6 years. Sharon - it sounds like you are doing well. Don't you just love days where everything seems to go your way...? Jenny - I hope you are doing well. I think about you and your daughter a lot during the day. Funny - I think about the people in this web site at work....must be my job is getting boring. LOL. If you guys get a chance...I took a stab at something new this weekend and I made a web page on my AOL account. If you want to look at my page here is the URL: http://hometown.aol.com/silbersnerds/index.html I hope you guys get a kick out of it. Pat Just for fun I attached this image |
Pat ... just a quick reply to your web site....it's great...love the photo's...now I have a great visual of you...you attractive lady you!!!
Thanks for sharing...I loved it! Talk to you all tomorrow. Carla :) |
Hello Ladies
It looks like I have some catching up to do here. Carla~~~Nice to see ya back on the board. I miss you when you're gone. Sorry to hear that you were sick again~hope you are better now. :D Sharon~~~ Good for you on your behavior changes! This is DAY 8 for me and so far I have been doing good. Let's keep it up, we can do it!!!!! have you been doing the "3 weeks to a new you", also. Good for you for doing something for yourself.;) Jenny~~~ Just to let you know that I'm thinking about you and I hope that things are going smoothly. Pat~~~ First off, I just love your homepage. You did a great job. I didn't know that you were so adept at the computer:) I love the pics and it is so nice to finally be able to put a face to your name. You are a lovely woman and it looks like you are having a great time. I received my class assignments and have been working on them. It takes some time because there are so many links/channels to so much info. Thanks so much for letting us know about the site:D Today is also day 5 of my BFL challenge. I have stuck to the program 100% except the abdomenal crunch exercises (bad cramps w/TOM:( ) On this program you do a 20 min aerobic session every other day, with the other days being either an upper body or lower body workout. But I think that I'm going to do the aerobics everyday to speed up my metabolism. Thursday is my FREE DAY and I can eat whatever I want. It makes a great reward for doing so well all week. And then you are ready to go another week OP. I'm will to give this a try. I know the exercising will help as that has been an extreme weakness of mine. (hopefully this will be another behavior change for the better:D ) Everybody have a great day and remember to do something for yourself. :) ~~~Sil |
The challenge
I have been thinking about the behavioral challenge. There are so many things I would like to change, one of the biggest being not eating at the table. I eat on the couch, while I'm reading... mindless and not enjoyable. Besides, I know that it's all about eating for reasons other than hunger.
It's such a crutch for me right now, I don't think I would successfully change it all at once, but I am willing to commit to eating breakfast at the table, doing nothing but eating. And once a week, I will serve supper at the table and eat there whether my husband does or not. What a bad habit we've gotten into! I've noticed when we go out for meals, I am much more in control of how much I eat. I expect eating at the table will be the same, since eating can be quite boring unless I'm hungry. We also adopted a baby last October and I am concerned that we are not in the habit of eating together. Right now, my husband's job is such that we spend a lot of time together, but if his job was to change, we wouldn't have the habit of eating together in place to make sure that we all connected at least once a day. So I am eager to make this change, as painful as I expect the process to be. 21 days, huh? Well, here goes - I'll mark the days off on my calendar. Glad to hear the challenge is going well for shasea and sil. Jodie |
Howdy Partners
Carla and Sil - I just wanted to thank you for the kind words. But I will tell you that I am not as adept at computers as you think. AOL has a great program for making your web page on their site. They made it pretty easy to accomplish. And yes, I was having a great time. Those pictures are from the hotel in DC I was staying at that was a five star, valet parking, turndown service with chocolates on your pillow, hotel. So I has having fun. The pool table was in the bar downstairs and the guy with me is my co-worker here in Colorado.
Sil - I am glad you are taking the three week course. I also noticed that it takes a while because of the several links you have to go to. Just wait til you get to the sex goddess part on the 4th lessons. It is a hoot. Sharon - keep going on the water drinking. Sounds like you are going to get there this time. Jodie - good to hear from you again. Just remember one change at a time is better than none at all. Acknowledgement of the change you want to make is definitely the first step. Dena - If you are out there I wanted to tell you I ordered a Tai Chi video and it should be here tomorrow. I can't wait to try it. For anybody I missed - hope youare having a good day. Pat |
Sitting here yawning lol...but just wanted to say a quick hello to Jodie...didn't realize you had adopted a baby in October, I'm sure you must have said it before, but sometimes reading the boards every several days and responding I find myself rereading them many times for information to seap into the 'ol brain'....please refresh this senior memory....tell us about this wonderful occassion....it has a special meaning to me, would love knowing all about it.
You know, many times our lives today are so mixed up, busy and perhaps we even become lax....and mealtimes, once so important have taken a step aside. But spending a moment together is important...making a cup of coffee with a special dessert even is just as important sitting together....so find other ways to make that mealtime moment...especially with a young child, or even teenagers and dog lol, who make more noise in my house then 10 kids...lol..it can be frustrating. Just make a small moment count....that's what's really important....ok I said my peace for the day....and now I say niters....see you all in the morning. Carla :) |
Happy Water-filled Wednesday ! ! ! !
It's good to see the thread is picking up again:) This DAY 5 of my Body For Life (BFL) challenge and DAY9 of my behavior change. So far, doing great:D Jodie~~~ I know what you mean about not eating at the table. I have always loved:love: to eat while reading a good book or watching TV at night (popcorn, chips, etc). It does become a bad habit. One that I have been trying to work on also. I applaud you for thinking ahead about your family dynamics. You are right about us getting away from the daily family dinner together, where we shared things about our day and what was on our minds. I especially remember the wonderful Sunday dinners my mother would fix. But now lives have become hectic and even the kids have busy schedules with school, sports, scouts, etc. What Carla said made good sense~making efforts to share the moments. Pat~~~I'm gonna work on the rest of lesson 2 today. Sex Goddess? That would take a miracle:lol: Sharon~~~ Don't forget to drink your water today;) A special hello to Jenny, Carla, Jody, and Dena:love: Hope I didn't forget anyone. I'm off to do my aerobics! Have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY:) ~~~Sil |
Good Morning All,
BUSY BUSY just had the plumber leave and then we have an exterminator coming this afternoon because Ugh! I think we have termites. I was real upset then talked to a lot of people and realized unfortunately that they are very common. Now to the good stuff. Yesterday was my anniversary and hubby surprised me and took off. He also gave me a watch and a gold necklace. We weren't really going to celebrate on the actual day but I did manage to get someone to work for me last night and we all spent a nice day at our favorite mall. I did fall asleep at about 8:30 but hubby wasn't upset. He kinda expected it since Brielle had gotten up at 4:00am yesterday and stayed up for the day. I'll have to plan a babysitter this weekend so us adults can celebrate. As far as program goes. I have a couple of real bad days and then I re-coop and have a couple of good days. Most days I drink the water but I haven't been consistrent so I'm going to start Day 1 again today. I want to get 21 days in a row under my belt. I was thinking that I should be stricter on my program because though I lose weight I need more discipline to eat even healthier and stop the binge days. No I'm not doing the other program you all are doing. I barely have time to post here and diettalk and planning my eating and going to WW meetings. Though it does sound interesting and I wish you all great changes in your life. I'm still trying to find time to work on the Dr. Phil program. Jodie-Jodie good idea just picking little segments of behavior and working on that. I believe that is the only way to really change for life. Eating only at the table and not out of a box, bag or pot is going to be my next behavioral challenge to myself. We have managed to have more dinners at the kitchen table together. But I also want to break my kids habit which I started of eating in the den in front of the TV. I say no more eating in the den and then I allow it again because it is easier for me and gives me some free quiet time. I have to make the commitment and give up that time and be consistent if it ever is going to change. Sil-Sounds like youa are doing great. Yes I'm drinking my water today and I hope to get to 8 days in a row. I know I will. Pat Thanks for your kind words. Sorry haven't gotten to your web page but can't wait since I hear such good things about it! Hi to everyone else. |
Update
Update No termites! Yeah! OK now I can call the mason to fix the crack in the garage floor. Talk to you later.
Sil Have 4 glassses of water in for today. No problem getting 8 in for today. |
Sharon~~~ Atta girl. I knew you could do it. I'm cheering for you.~~Sil
|
Howdy Partners
Sahron - Yeah, no Termites.... That would have sucked. We have the Orkin man who comes once a month to keep the spiders from coming back (Black widows). When we moved in to our house there was a whole colony in the garage. Ever since I saw them we have had a permanent exterminator. Ick!
Jodie - I agree with you about changing things one at a time. I, too, eat more in my bed or on the couch than at the table. In fact my table is littered with paperwork, mail and projects. Oh well, maybe that shoudl be my next goal....keeping the table clean so I can eat there. To everyone else - have a great day. Pat |
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
OK enough is enough I am so tired of even talking about it... I do good for a day or 1/2 a day and then I binge. I am going on program 100% starting today. That means writing all my food down, staying within my point range, drinking my water, walking, going to meetings. I've been doing this half hearted attempt for almost 6 months. I don't want to waste another 6 months. I lost 5 #s on the memorial day challenge and I think I've gained most back. I'm not down on myself I just need to slap myself in the face and get serious. I lost about 20#s in the fall/winter and am up about 6#s.
After this I'm going to write down my food today and set some goals for the next couple of months. My father in law is getting married in September so I'll set a specific goal for that day. Day 2 Drank all my water yesterday. Hope everyone is doing well. Pat-Yes I can relate I spend most of my days cleaning off my table and counters. |
Sharon~~I know that you can do it!! Whatever I can do to help, let me know. Good for you for getting in your water:D Try to get back into journaling. It really helps when you see the word on paper of all the food you have eaten for the day. Try going back to look at the journals that you kept when you were losing weight to see what you were eating then. That always helps me. Good luck:D
~~~Sil P.S. We have moved on to a second page , so I started a new thread #32. No more posting here. Get caught up in your reading and then join us on #32. See ya! |
