Thinking of joining the At home group here - have question

I am doing WW at home. I have chose the Core program. I have done flex and I am sick of counting points. Well writing it down. Funny though old habits are hard to break. I still measure out my food and check points for none Core items.

Are any of you doing the CORE program at home?

Thanks

Can someone tell me how to get that weight tracker to show up, hope it is not hard, I know very little about the computer, enough to search and check mail and someother things, but for sure not a computer wiz, I just think those are so cute

Slim, scroll to the top of this page. When you get to the purple menu bar, click on User CP. When your control page comes up, go to the blue menu running down the left side of the screen and click on Edit Signature. You'll find instructions there.

Has anyone purchased the WW @ Home kit?

Hello! I am wanting to purchase the ww@home kit, but I am wondering if it is worth the $. I already have the calculator and the points books, but nothing else. I am trying not to spend any money on changing my WAYS of eating, but this looks like a great investment. What do you all think?

i think it depends on what plan your wanting to choose and which books you already have and plan they go to. i will say 1 thing though:if you choose flex or core and dont have the book.... id suggest going to a ww center and join for 1 week just to get the book bc its lots cheaper.

Adreaphilip3-
Thanks! I am wanting to do Core. I really would like to have the receipe book. Can I get it at the meetings?

andreaphilip3 01-01-2005 04:11 PM

im thinking of doing core myself.
at the meeting, they will give you everything you need to do the plan for less than the online kit. im not sure what book you mean, but if its a book that is sold there then you can usually purchase it there.

I do WW at home, and have gone to meetings to get a new calculator and new food companions. I just got there before the meeting and bought them. I didn't have to actually join for a week. I'm not sure, though, it may change depending on where you live and how the meetings there are ran.

andreaphilip3 01-03-2005 11:13 AM

yes but to get the books and stuff you do have to and like i said its still cheaper.
