Wednesday Weigh IN! Come JOIN me!
I started my WW from home this past Wednesday, I would love to have anyone join me and we could keep threads going like other ppl in this forum, what a great idea.
I am posting this today to give ppl a heads up on this coming Wed. So for the 12th or so time this year I am attempting WW, this time I am trying something a little different. I am eating the same foods for my main 3 meals- which add up to 16pts, then I snack for all foods after that to make my 24pts. So far so good, and I have exercised 3 days in a row now. More than I have done in a while. I even bought one of those fancy WW scales to weigh in @ home. Let's see how it goes this time, and lets get some ppl in this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Daily Menu
~Total Point allowance 24~
BREAKFAST 5 PTS Coffee w/sweetener & 2Tbsp whitener 2Pts 3/4 C Raisin Bran 2Pts 1/2 C 1% Milk 1Pt SNACK Usually a banana or yogourt LUNCH 5 PTS 2 Slices of WW bread (whole wheat) 1Pt 3 Slices of low fat meat 1Pt 1 Boiled Egg 2Pts Cucumber & Tomato 1Tbsp light mayo 1Pt Sometimes~ 1 Cup Tomato soup 1Pt SNACK Either Applesauce, orange, snackwells, chewy bar? SUPPER 6PTS 3 Oz Chicken breast 3Pts 1 Cup potatoe or pasta (whole wheat) 3Pts Plenty of brocolli or california mix veggies SNACK Finish up whatever points I have left for the day |
Weigh in day tomorrow
Well hopefully someone joins me for a Wed weigh in? I am kind of nervous but also excited, my "Aunt Rose" came to visit last night, so hopefully it doesn't tack on too many extra lbs. All in all it's been a pretty good week and I walked 6 out of 8 days, that is if I walk tonight (which I will).
