Judy - Fantastic job with the holiday eating! I hope you gave yourself a huge pat on the back. Here's hoping that the PMS monster leaves your house soon and that the water leaves your body.

I lost complete control Thursday evening and struggled all through Friday. However, I'm in a much better place today. Hopefully I haven't done too much damage. Still waiting for my PMS to go away.
