I've just started the at-home program as of 3/29, and this is my first time to these message boards. Currently I am sustaining myself primarily on frozen WW meals until I can find a handful of recipes to fit my daily point allowance and establish a routine. I am a newlywed, and trying to shed the pounds gained in my final few semesters of college. My weight (3/29) was 167. My goal is to shed at least 40 pounds, 50 preferably.
