I've done weight watchers online/at home in the past but due to life and bad habits the weight has crept back on. :(

Hi Tara. Yes, most of us has learned the hard way that WW works great as long as we stick with it. :)

I've also done WW at home before. Yea, it does work. And yea, if you don't stay on it the weight does creep back. I think most of us do fall back to old bad habits. But we have to get up, brush off and go at it hard again. I guess that's just a fact of life for a lot of us. But we must keep on.
