Weighing in this morning was a real treat. I've lost a total of 13 pounds now. Wow. I got so excited that I ransacked my closet looking for things that might fit me now. I only found two pairs of pants, but that's two pair I couldn't wear last month! Hooray for me!

It is so, so nice to know that I can come here and say this and you'll understand how I feel. Most people just don't!
