easy and quick lunch ideas
 

Hi all. I am getting board and tired of the same thing daily. Can anyone give me so quick and fast lunch idea's??. Id really appreciate it.

On Sunday (or monday or whatever is easy for you) I grill or bake chicken, cut it up and leave it in the fridge...I use it all week for salads, wraps, toss in rice with soy sauce, sandwiches, snack
I sometime put it in the crockpot with hot sauce, chicken broth, garlic and then have lettuce wraps with shredded carrots
