A bit swamped at work so short replies.

Carla - I'm glad you liked those Costco raviolis - one thing though. When I calculated them as 3.5 per cup (about 8) I calculated without the sprinkled stuff - we don't use it. Sorry to hear you were up so late - good for you for not snacking. Can you add to your Lent promise that you won't have any Easter candy 'till Easter?

Karen B - that's what I call a functional weight workout and wow, good for you! I love your candy buying scenario - so true. Now I have to convince Tony of that come Halloween. Kudos on your sneak peek - we both have work to ahead of us to make sure those "neaky illegal weigh ins" (love that) stay great. I like that formula for limiting exposure to the war stuff. I'm going to try to stick with that today. Lots of police/trooper/army presence in Grand Central this morning - comforting in a way and funny, anxiey producing at the same time.

It's almost 3:00 - this work week is almost over and thank goodness. I'm feeling somewhat overwhelmed with everything (lots of contribution from this job) so I am really looking forward to the fact that I have only 2 days of work next week and then off for the next three.

Have a great weekend,
Judy

Hi all,

Sorry I have been absent the last couple of weeks, a lot has happened!

Most importantly, I've been doing a lot of celebrating lately because ... I GOT A NEW JOB!!! It's more money, better
benefits, shorter commute, and a better company. I can finally
kiss the **** hole goodbye! My last day there is April 1, and the new job starts April 7 - I'll have a nice little break.

The bad news is, I have been working out only occasionally and
my eating habits have been TERRIBLE. And I just returned from four days at the Oregon Coast where I ate way too much salt
water taffy and drank too much microbrew.

However, I'm back on the program now, will check in here more
frequently now that life has settled down, and now that I'm
a short-timer at work, I will actually start taking lunch breaks!
Amazing! That means I can get to the gym on a regular basis now.

I need to go back and read everyone's messages now. More later ...

Sabrina
