After much consideration and some more months of just soul searching, more pounds gained, I am back. This is the only plan that makes sense anymore it seems!
I waited until after Thanksgiving, because I knew the food would just kill any attempts I made, but boy I feel gross. I am puffy feeling and icky feeling. I am all too ready to get at it.
