I need a Weight Watchers specialist...

  • Okay, I just won a bid on ebay for a 2003 Weight Watchers Starter Kit, and I KNOW that I will have questions because I intend to try this on my own at home. (I live in a small town, and the only Weight Watchers meetings are 20 miles away and a little expensive for me right now.)
I don't want to be bothersome with it, but if there is someone out there that has some patience and is willing to answer some questions, I would really appreciate it.
Please email me at [email protected].
    Thanks in advance,
    Kristin
  • Hi Kristin...

Congratulations on your decision! It's a great way to start the New Year, which is what I did last year. (doctors orders!)

I'm one of those slow-poke losers and have many up and down weeks. It took quite some time for me to see any results (in Jan '02, I was diagnosed with dangerously high cholestrol and hypothydroidism and needed to get that under control before any weight would come off). So far, I have dropped 20 lbs and have about 35 to go. The at-home kit is great, but, requires discipline. You should also utilize the free WW website for additional help.

I'm not an expert by any means, however, I would be glad to share with you whatever I have learned by the old fashioned way...lot's of trial and error lol!

    Good luck to you!
    Suzanne
