I love how flexible ww is!

  • I went out for lunch yesterday and had a yummy burger and poutine. I planned around it and it worked! Since Sunday I am already down 2 lbs! Love it!!

  • So just curious, do most of you use the WP? I am trying to kickstart my losses again after my failed attempt at PPlus. So, I'm trying to conserve those but I am going to eat my activity points. I can tell my body needs those.
  • It all depends on the week for me about using the wp points I usually end up using a few each day. Everyone is different. Some weeks when I don't use them I don't lose and other times I use them all plus some and lose its crazy
