new and looking for some help

I am new to this site and have decided to attempt Weight Watchers again. With it being Christmas and having 2 littles ones I am trying to do it without actually joining the local WW.

As I said earlier I have done WW before, successfully when I was in my 20s, gained 5 pounds doing it when I was 30, and plan I being successful again now that I am 36.
My stats; I'm 36, married for 9.5 years, 2 kids (3 & 5) and weigh 189 (just 2 pounds shy of my high 191).
I am hoping to hear from someone to help keep me committed to doing this program. Thanks Tahoemom
