I like to dice up some oinion & green pepper put in small skillet with 1/2 c egg beater. Then when done warm a 100 cal tortilla and place 1/2 on warm tortilla....2pt...save the other 1/2 for the next day and warm up

your breakfast is very light. how much does that come to in PP? are you saying your breakfast is 2 PP?

For the last couple of days, I've made a breakfast sandwich out of: 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters (1 pp) 1 Thomas Bagel Thin 100% wheat (3 pp) A few sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (0 pp) A slice of cheese would be a good addition, but I'm out of it. |
These have been great ideas because I am so out of ideas for breakfast!
I did find that McDonald's oatmeal is 5 points (old plan) had that this week, other than that it has been captain crunch and SF almond milk. (3 pts - old plan) |
I had to have oatmeal today as I was going to have a boiled egg but they had been cracked before I boiled them and looked like a freaky show product so I threw them out.
Oatmeal and rasins were my breakfast and a whole grapefruit. I do better with breakfast then I do with other meals. also, I'm not losing anything:( so sad. so sad, I've been this weight for 2 weeks now. |
I think Nancy's breakfast is only 2 pts. I usually have oatmeal myself add brown sugar splenda and cinnamon - 4 pp for 1 serving. Its filling. One day i did have 3 pancakes with a table spoon of real maple syrup and 1T pumpkin butter, that came to 6 pp, doable. I was surprised.

I love pancakes. Love em too much. 6 pp is a decent breakfast.
which kind of pancakes did you make ? From Scratch or a box? I like Bisquick pancakes and I've switched to Fiber One mix and it's not bad but nothing like Ihops.. lol |

and all you have to count is the 1 tbs of Peanut butter. or is it cause you mixed them now you have to calculate for the bananna?? lol

Blueberries, greek yogurt, oat bran, flax, muesli, and 10 almonds -- all mixed together, plus a coffee.

I tnd to go much lighter on breakfast cause I'm not that hungry in the morning. I have a light string cheese and either a bananna or orange for 1 PP. If I'm really hungry I add a kangaroo pita pocket (2PP) and 2 oz deli chicken (1 PP) with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mustard.,

I had 2 poached whole eggs (4 pts), 1 slice of canadian bacon (1 pt), english muffins (3pts) and 1/4 cup of sausage flavored gravy (1pt)- a total of 9 points (old plan.) Very filling too!

I have 1 cup of cream of wheat and 2 Tbs of brown sugar (6 pts), plus my Latte (4 pts). It holds me until 11:30 or so. I am doing it almost everyday.

I take a round ramekin that is around 8 inches in diameter and put 1/3 cup of red pasta sauce in it. Then I crack two eggs over the sauce and bake it at 350 for about 20-25 minutes. The sauce I have is 1 point and the egss are 4 points based on pointsplus. You could also add zucchini or eggplant to the sauce before you put the eggs over it but I haven't tried that yet.
