I'm 28. I have 3 kids (my most recent born in December). I'm 5'3" and weigh 163. I have done weight watchers two times before and was very successful (35 lbs & 20 lbs), but I'm having a hard time getting motivated to start exercising this time around. I think it would help me to have someone to be accountable to.
I'd like to lose a total of about 40 lbs, so I have 36 lbs more to go. Any takers?
I would love to buddy up. But I have one problem...I can't seem to get motivated. It gets me pretty bummed whenever I see the numbers on the scale. I lost 15 lbs so quickly by doing WW at home and I found it so easy, but I'm not sure what is going on right now. The weight slowly crept back up and here I am again.
I am 35 yrs old and have 5 kids. The oldest is 13 and the youngest is 4.
Our heights and weight goals are quite a bit different but I'm sure our end goal is the same. To feel great and get in shape.
Hey! I'd like to buddy up too! I'm 27 (28 in Oct) mother of 3..my newest was born in Nov! I also have a 4 and 11 y/o. Let's do this! I weighed in at 188.4 this morning, my first goal is 160. I started Sunday and already lost 7lbs. some of that has gotta be water weight, but whatever it was it's NOT coming back!
I'm still around, hoping to keep each other motivated and maybe give a big push or two. Hopefully after this busy weekend I can get it together and stop in every day or two to keep in touch and let each other know how we are doing.
