How do you get the bold font when you are doing your journal? I guess I should put my water in the journal also. I guess I went a bit over on my journal with the Xmas cake.....but I won't give everything up. April:dizzy: :) |
OK ... I didn't journal at all over the weekend! Today was Monday and I journaled but need to work on getting back within my poiint limit ... well, at least I journaled - that's a start. I'll try to do better tomorrow, but right now the main goal this week is to journal every day!

(6 pts) LUNCH: goldfish snacks (60) (3 pts) DINNER: 1/2 chicken pot pie without crust (5 pts) 1 pc bread w/lite butter (4 pts) 1 cup Healthy Choice vanilla sf ice cream (4 pts) SNACK: goldfish snacks (60) (3 pts) WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz) EXERCISE: none TOTAL POINTS USED TODAY: 32 !!!!! April: to get the bold you need to put a left bracket [ then the letter b then a right bracket ] before what you want bolded - then at the end of what you want to be bold you put a left bracket [ and this slash / and the b and right bracket ] .. confusing I know ... [the letter b] type what you want to be bold [/the letter b] Angel: where are you? yoohoo! You are suppose to be journaling with us! Remember, good or bad. :) Later ... Love, CJ |
