Friday Oct 18th on OPRAH.....

I thought everyone might want to know.....the commercials for tommorow's Oprah show is on weight loss. She has her fitness guy/trainer (Bob Greene) on with guests who have lost weight. I'm not sure what else the show is about other than I'll be watching. 4pm.....Don't miss it!!
