  • Hey Everyone

    Just joined 3FC last week and and amazed at the many motivating stories here!!

    About a year and a half ago I started WW at home on my own and did amazingly well. Life got in the way and I have not been able to get back on track or even an inkling of real motivation until I stumbled across this site.. And WOW I'm hooked.

    things were going well but then the weekend....

    Uh oh, my sundays are the hardest. Visiting family...all the cake, cheese and crackers, meat....need I go on? Not one good choice!!!

    What do you do when you are out, very hungry, and not one good choice in site?

    I've got a long way to go but looking around on this site not near what others have accomplished. So I have the motivation...if they can do it so can I!

    I'd love to hear from other what great snack ideas you might have..I like to try to stay away from processed foods and like to try to eat clean as much as possible.

    Maybe keep something in your purse so that it will tide you over until you can get to some good food.
