On Plan Thread - 7/8-7/15

  • This is a thread where we can post our on plan daily menus. It is a place where we can hold ourselves accountable to our fellow board members and maybe find inspiration when we're lacking.

    breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 tsp. peanut butter, 1 egg (total points:4)
    lunch: beans and greens (1.5 cups steamed kale, 7 oz. garbanzo beans, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. olive oil), 1 cup steamed zucchini, 1/2 apple (6 points)
    snack: 1/2 apple, celery with 1 laughing cow wedge
    dinner: family is having chicken and white bean enchiladas, I'm going to bake some of the enchilada filling and have it over shredded cabbage.

    wake: 1 scoop whey protein mixed in water
    workout: 60 min. treadmill (avg. 4.2 mph. + 40% incline)
    breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast, 2 tsp. natural peanut butter
    snack: hard boiled egg
    lunch: smoothie (1 scoop whey, 5 strawberries, half banana, 2 big handfuls of spinach, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 scoop greens powder, 1/2 cup almond milk)
    snack: 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt with cinnamon, half apple
    workout: yoga + 30 min. C25K training
    dinner: chicken and vegetable soup
