3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Yesterday I finished a second coating of paint on 6 door frames/door jams..........now, that was a workout!!! I was literally sweating by the time I was done. It doesn;'t help matters that it was a cool, damp day so I turned the heat up a bit. I think I need a 10 lb challenge, I need a little get up and go.....so I think this would help me keep focused and keep my hands out of the halloween candy. (yes me too...) I've been good so far, but those little mini bars were calling to me yesterday. Thank goodness Oct 31 is close by, who knows what would happen since I've opened the package!!! Is anyone interested? We could set a date for Thanksgiving? Any ideas?

I went over for 4 pts at my top end, but I painted for 3.5 hours and will claim 2 AP for sweating up a storm. On the plus side, I journalled which I haven;'t done for a long while. Today will be better!!!
