Food. I can't eat "diet" food, and my traditional way of cooking is sort of the Julia Child method... every recipe starts with a stick of butter. :O I have to learn how to cook the things I like in a better way.

You all need to get off your butts and exercise!! It's key to weight loss!!!I maybe tired before or after i workout, but hey i did it, and i can tell the world about it! And you know how many people will be proud of you because of it!? A lot! Guess what? You'll make yourself very proud too! I'm not trying to yell.. this is my way of motivating you ladies! Get up and move baby! I enjoy leslie sansone, shes on demand or on dvd. Shes great!
Mine is bread. And wine. If I make a loaf of bread to go with some nice low-cal soup, I can end up eating half the loaf all by myself!!! AAA!! And the wine, oh the wine...
I'm taking it slow with exercise. Today I took the kiddos out in the wagon (put the 2yo and the 3yo in the wagon and front-packed the 11mo) for about 20 minutes. I just wish the baby would stop waking me up at 3 in the morning to nurse, and then I might have more energy for a real workout.
Exercise is definitely my weakness. I whined to my fiancee that I wanted a home elliptical because I was having trouble getting motivated to go to the gym. He caved in and bought me one off craigslist. After maybe a month I was tired of it and now it's a clothes hanger =/
I'm too lazy to get up at 5:30am to work out, and by the time I get home from work and cook dinner, I'm too tired. I have to make a change somewhere!
Weekends, vacations and holidays are my weakness. I can be really good most days, but put me in a room with my family and a plate of Christmas cookies and bad things happen.
I guess mine would be exercise. I have the dvds, I have on-demand, I have weights. I have it .. I just have, to do it more. I have the tools but I'm not picking them up. I did today... any how.
I think I'm doing okay but sometimes I slack on my check marks for water intake and getting to my GHG. each day.
This thread made me laugh because my weakness is so ridiculous. I'm good with exercise, tracking, eating vegetables, drinking water, and I don't care for soda so that's not a problem.
My challenge is resisting my desire for champagne, beer, wine, vodka cocktails, homemade margaritas and mojitos. YUM!
Mine is soda, I don't like water. Also, for me it is also work. I'm so mentally stressed when I get home at night, I find it very hard to think about exercising. That same stress causes me to just grab a soda or has me giving in and eating something from out as it is too easy.
I'm starting 2011 out with a new attitude...along with trying out WW. From 2008-2009 I lost 28lbs on my own just watching what I eat and exercising, but I've now gained back 35 and am now at my top weight. I really want to get my life back under control, I felt so good when I lost that weight!

When I first started reading this, I thought "have I already posted to this thread?"
Bread and wine is mine too. When I started WW I stopped buying wine. Way to easy to over pour a glass, top off a glass, finish the bottle... Now I buy my Sam Adams beer, I have one a night and I'm done. My wallet is happier, too.
And bread, that has to stay out of the house too
I'm fine with exercise - I like to just lace up my shoes, get my flashlight & reflective vest and go for evening walks around town. Just got back from an hour long one among all the quiet houses with their pretty Christmas lights still up.
WOW I could swear there are a few of us that have been cloned!....Bread count me in...Wine every night....exercise got the equipment but time is so short. I refuse to get up at 4am to workout.
So I have made a new resolution (and not one for the new year those are not motivating to me)
My eve wine is now going to be a wine spritzer 1/2 the points, exercise will start as soon as my foot has healed (turned and burised it last week) I even bought a new dvd! Food and pts..just finished goign through my ww cookbook libaray and am going to try recipes I have skiped in the past
