someone above, you are not the only one who doesn't like the sodas. i've never been a big coke drinker, so that's no doubt saved me from some pounds through the years. i have a comfort food, but it's black coffee! no cream or sugar, thankfully! however, i love chocolate, and even dark chocolate is my favorite so i can be choosy about which chocolate i eat. but, my biggest weakness is that i get really hungry, and usually every few hours. i can eat 'real food', not even so much sweet junk food, but i can eat more than my body burns hmph. even today, at this hour, i've had 2 pieces of whole grain toast with 1 tbsp smart balance between them, and 4 ounces of beef roast, and i've used 12 of my 30 points for the day. i have no more weekly ones and over a days' worth of activity points left that i would rather not use but i've already used 3.

I enjoy my two glasses....I know it is 240 calories, but I hate giving it up. So I walk super fast each day for one hour
