Weekly Food Journal -- anyone interested?
 

Hi there . I am doing WW at home now instead of going to the meetings ... I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a weekly food journal thread with me, posting our food intake everyday... I think it would make us more accountable if we posted what we ate for all to see, and it would give us some ideas of different meals to have. I'll start one if anyone is interested in doing this with me. Let me know ... Thanks .. hope to hear from some of you soon.

CJ some of us already do that...and your right...it does tend to hold you more accountable.....

I post on the weight watchers at home thread called September Skinnys right now and the 3 of us on there post our food journals daily and we weigh in on Fridays and post our results.....feel free to join us there or I will post it here as well......talk soon...Lisa
