Hello...
I have started back on the WW points after a long summer off...big mistake...I had a great beginner week lost 5.4, this week is looking just as promising....My goal right now is to lose 90lbs...I don't know how long it should take or if there is a realistic goal date I could set right now...for now I will take it day by day...
