Default Just bought the 2009 starter kit

Hi all I just bought the 2009 starter kit. Figure there is not to much difference then the 2010, and it well give me all the info need. Now with that said, I checked out the freebee on line for the week and got how many points i got the filling list and general info on the program.

I started tracking my points today I get 19. Most people I know say they are hungry doing WW but are losing so we will see.

I need to learn to eat, I have an issue as I never seem to get full. Its not fun.

Looking forward to getting it

I think WW would be a good plan for people who like to eat volume, as many vegetables are 0 points, right? Salads and soups can easily be made to help feel full, I'd imagine. I hope it works for you! If I had the money I might try it myself, but calorie counting is working for me at this time.
