Hi All,

I can't rember the series of questions you have to answer to determine your daily point allowance. I apologize as this has probably been posted before, but I couldn't seem to get the search feature to work.

Search google for "Roni's Weight Watchen". A blog will come up and she has a daily points calculator and a points value calculator for food. We can't post the exact formula here because of copyright issues. But for the formula does ask about gender, age, weight, height, and daily exercise.
