Oh I know how you feel! I began doing WW on my own (didn't pay for meetings...had the all stuff at home and thought I'd give it a try) Oct 1st, 2007. I have lost 90 lbs total with 5 back on for the last 3 months..not really too worried about it.

I know exactly how you're feeling. I couldn't wait to start losing lbs and once it did I kept at it.

You can do this!!!!

Just remember to not beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon..or you have a 'bad' day. Just get right back up there and keep at it. I love WW because you're still able to enjoy life and eating because it's really flexible with the points and activity points.

Wishing you lots of luck!

I also just started and I am sure we can do this. Is this your first time on weight watchers? I have been on and off of it so many times. I am determined to make this my last time.

This is my 1st time trying it. Im trying it after losing 96lbs and gaining back 16 of that. I am bored counting calories and my dr suggested I do weight watcher and keep track of the fat in my diet that way/ I have been at it for 5 days so far.

Hi,

I am restarting WW tomorrow. I am going to try to eat mostly SF foods as I feel better when I do that. I had started taking Adipex a couple of weeks ago to get started, but I just don't like the way it makes me feel. So, I am going back to WW and a plan. I would like to lose 70-80#.

Great to know there are others that do this at home too. I have ALL the materials, the meetings just didn't do it for me.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
