Default new to momentum

Hi. How is momentum different from original flex, did they just mix flex and core? I'm confused. Joined online. It'scheaper, private, and I'm blind and have transportation issues. I take meds for bipolar disorder, and, they pack on weight. I don't even know if I can lose weight while on these meds, but, if I eat sensibly, and continue exercising, at least I won't gain any more weight. I admit, the meds were an excuse to indulge in unhealthy food, since, I figured the deck was all ready stacked against me. I've had a change of heart, though. I want to be as healthy as possible. Take care.

I am not sure I am the best person to answer your question but my understanding is the core and flex are combined. That you are encourged to eat from the core list yet still have the flexibility of points. As for weight loss while taking meds--yes it is possible I am doing it and I have several things stacked against me, meds, age, menopause blah blah it is slow but it is going

Thanks. Do you have to count the points from the filling foods?

Yes you do have to count the points from the filling foods. If you only eat filling foods then it is the same as Core and you do not have to count.
