Hello Ladies!

I'm down 1.5 lbs this week. Although, I only started WW this Wednesday, I've been working out everyday for 2 weeks. I decided to start watching my food intake this week!

So - 1.5 for me!

This seems like a wonderful place Congrats to all of you that have had losses or maintained, or even gained just a little This seems like a very supportive group. I LOVE IT!!

I wasn't sure if I should wait to post until the next month starts or not. My weigh in day was Friday and I was down 1.5lbs. I've been doing WW for about 3 weeks.

Thanks Nancy--- That is kind of funny... kind of like when I first heard of the show "The Biggest Loser" and had no idea what it was about... I thought people were competing to show how big of a loser they could be in the traditional sense

Well Ladies,

I did TERRIBLE this weekend. I seriously just pigged out. I do not know what weekends are so hard for me. I can do great during the week and then here comes the weekend and I suck. I lost -0.5 lbs, so that's 6 lbs. in two weeks which I know isn't bad at all. My husband is going TDY this week, we will see how I do not having him here. I think I snack less - obviously it's not his fault, but we like to snack "together."

Here's to a better week this week!!!
