Good morning, all. I weighed this morning and despite a few set backs last week, I still lost 2.6 lbs.
Considering that I was off points a few days last week, that is a lot better than I expected. Thank you all for welcoming me. It is much appreciated.
Kasey - don't get discouraged. It will take your body a little time to get used to the dietary and activity changes in your life. Even though it was .4 lbs, it's still a loss and I think you should be proud of it
Michelle - congrats on getting rid of the 7 lbs!
