I'm back to 80 lbs down!! I FINALLY did it!! Sheesh, it was my own stupid fault for putting those dang 7 lbs back on... ...but at least it's gone again.

Good morning ladies and I too stumbled upon this blog. I am doing ww at home, and my weight in day is friday. So yesterday I weighed 237, and the friday before that I weight 240.5 So I lost 3.5 this past week. Can I jump in starting now? hugs for all your souls.

I too had bigger plans for Aug and it did not happen...oh well. Sept is a new month and as long as I lose the actual number does not count

Good morning, all. I weighed this morning and despite a few set backs last week, I still lost 2.6 lbs. Considering that I was off points a few days last week, that is a lot better than I expected. Thank you all for welcoming me. It is much appreciated.

Kasey - don't get discouraged. It will take your body a little time to get used to the dietary and activity changes in your life. Even though it was .4 lbs, it's still a loss and I think you should be proud of it

Michelle - congrats on getting rid of the 7 lbs!

ernurse - way to go!! That's a huge loss. People here are wonderful; they'll be a huge help for you. Welcome!

Hope everyone has a great Monday and tons of 'losses' this week!

My last weigh-in for August.....down 1.6. Since the last two weeks were 0.2 each....I guess that is pretty good. (That's -5.8 for August.)

Here's hoping for a wonderful September for ALL of us!!
