Welcome to this site! You'll find tons of support on these boards. Please join us on the Weigh in at Home weekly threads. Some of us attend meetings, some don't (me included). When I started this journey I had 100 lbs to lose, now I'm down to 70 to go! Hope we'll hear from you soon...

Hi Karen, It`s nice to met you, your doing great keep up the good work:) I weigh in at home, & ido`nt go to the meetings, my sister goes wants me to go with her, but i`m going to try on my own at home but now i have you all which is better:) I been doing the points system so far doing ok i hate to count eveything so this helps alot but i also buy the tv wwdinner, there not that bad really, i hope i`m doing this right, i really dont know much about these things were typing on, haha, I ready dont.I`v lost about 30lbs so far in about 6 weeks, i day care in my home so i`m here all the time, not on line, but in afternoon nap time and night if the kids are gone,well i got to go kids are calling me....... see you later sherry50:wave: (Thanks for the welcome)
