Yay!

Today the scale said 192.5. That is the smallest number I have seen in YEARS. I weighed 169 when I quit smoking in December of 2005, and I was 195 when I got pregnant with my son in March of 2006.

So yay! It's working!

Congrats! It always feels good when the numbers go down. And yes ww does work and it teaches us that this is a life change not the dirty four letter word :hug:
