I'm up again.... it really hurts but I know that the only person I have to blame is myself. And that hurts too. I've gained back the all the weight i've lost plus an extra pound. I know what I need to do but I can't seem to make myself do it anymore. I need a kick in the pants...

Chrissy consider yourself KICKED

We have all had the same thing happen to us where we fall off that wagon, and have to get motivated to get back up and hop on. I have gained and lost the same weight for the past year, on my back down for the 100th time but it is so hard. I have to look for small things to keep me going. For me it has been in the form of stickers on a calendar and new workout dvd's.

I hope you find the niche that works for you and we are here to help

Hi everyone. I am new to the site and I am trying to do WW too. I need help and I dont know where to find it. I get lost on this site so easy and when I find something I lose it. Can I join your little group and try this with all of you. I lost on WW 10 years ago and really have only gained about 6 or 7 lbs back. But I have tried all other kids of diets and I feel lost. I hope to talk to you later.
