WW Freedom Plan
 

I would like to start a new thread for people who are following the old Weight Watchers "Freedom Plan". As I understand it, there was a group going last year but it closed down. I lost 48 pounds on that plan, became a WW leader for 2 years and then quit and gained all the weight back. I really want to get back in control and I could use some support. Thanks
