Default I am back to WW!

I stopped WW for about 2 months and even though I was still losing I have decided that WW works best for me. I am not doing the meetings at this time like before, but am going to do it from home. So I thought I would stop in here and say Hello to everyone! Hope to be able to participate here more now!

Hi! I started WW at home today as well. I have joined, quit, and rejoined WW more times than I can count, but I'm feeling really ready this time around. The rest of my stints were just practice. We can do this!

Thanks ladies! I am getting ready to head to the YMCA in a minute to work out in the gym for 30 minutes then take my daughter swimming for a hour, so it should be a nice work out. Then I am heading back at 9am for another hour in the gym and a hour water aerobics class. I can definitely feel a difference in my activity level since losing what I have so far. I can not imagine how I will feel when I lose another 70lbs! I have a long way to go but know that when I reach that goal weight it will ALL be worth it!!

I just joined the YMCA last week and I think being some where besides home to exercise is more motivation for me. Last night was the 1st time in YEARS that I was able to stay on the treadmill for 20 minutes with out stopping. I am finally below the 400lb mark. (hit that Mon.) And I now want to get below the 300's and I will not let any thing stop me! I am trying to do water aerobics 3 days a week and the gym 3-4.

that is so cool! Use whatever tools work to keep you motivated and moving. Maybe that is what I need something new--an new place to go to make me work out. Unfortunately I can not afford ymca here but I am going to look for something comparable
