I just wanted to give everyone a pat on the back for making the conscious effort to lose weight. It's a bumpy road that most of us know all too well and sometimes I think you need some extra kudos:

I have to keep telling myself that for that past few days since TOM is knocking on my door, ready to hand me some extra pounds just for fun augh. But, I will drink my water, count my points, not freak when I go over bc my craving for salt and chocolate was way too strong to deny and suck it up and do better tomorrow :)

as you know I have fallen hard off the wagon but I have set my sights on Monday as my official climb back on the horse and do it again...

btw did I mention you are just kicking **s on the loss this month?????
